Tyler grew up not attending church, and new little about God and the Bible. At the age of twenty Tyler lived a lifestyle apart from God and the church, but felt as though something was missing. In 2005 he began attending Eastlake Community Church in Seattle, WA, at the age of 25. Through his involvement with the church Tyler was able to experience life change and began to reach out to others in his community by volunteering and leading in ministry. In 2008 Tyler was accepted in the Pastoral Minisitries program at Northwest University, but was given an opportunity he couldn’t refuse in 2009 and was unable to complete his degree program. Tyler moved to Wisconsin to help launch Great Lakes Church in Kenosha as an intern. He has been able to observe and learn from many churches and church leaders through his internship, and has seen first hand the growth and development of the church throughout the United States. Through his internship Tyler developed important key traits to being a leader as well as developing as a follower of Christ. God has also grown a huge passion inside of Tyler for reaching people, and helping them to experience the life change he has witnessed in his own life. He currently lives in Kenosha, WI with his wife Mary, and hopes to move with his good friends Gabe and Katie to launch a new church in Reno, NV.
